Hand-fired at 900 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 hours, each Coaster is meticulously and intricately hand-stenciled by artisans with an abundance of vibrant colors embedded into the heat-resistant surface. The coaster is then lead-free glazed to create a beautiful, functional and unique item for any kitchen, home or office. Approximately .25” thickness, each Coaster has a hand-cut leather backing to prevent slippage and for superior table/countertop surface protection
